Refund and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Everyone who shops on our store receives the following guarantees:
- Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
- Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described.
- If your item is significantly different from the product description, you have the option to
- Return it and get a full refund, or
- Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You can submit refund requests by sending a message to Contact Us page or using your PayPal account.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
